United by the sea, Athena and Cullen were so full of love and joy on their wedding day at the L’Auberge Del Mar Hotel in Del Mar.  The premier wedding destination for California couples who are looking for a venue to host their beach-themed wedding.  Come on everyone, look at all the emotion in their photos.  They complimented the still photos with the classic video style of Jason, the owner of Taylorfilms

Their ceremony took place at Seagrove Park, set directly adjacent to the resort and offers a manicured lawn leading to stunning overlooks and sandy beaches.  Design and floral was Kathy Wright and coordinated by the amazing Merilee of Ever After Events and the ceremony site was dazzling.

After the ceremony we utilized our close proximity to the ocean, beautiful trees and manicured lawn to do a mix of Classical Portraitures, Romantic and straight up, straight out of a magazine editorial style portraits.  The bridesmaids all brought their parasols making for a stunningly graphic image of a moody beauty.  The heavens opened the gates and gave us an unbelievable sky.  Athena was glowing in her Atelier des Modistes dress and hair done by JDM Salon.

Then we cruised up to the Sunset Terrace for dinner and the most energetic grand entrance ever.  Located in the resort ocean view courtyard, the Sunset Terrace is aptly named providing gorgeous sunset views. It is the perfect fit for intimate ceremonies and cocktail receptions. The terrace can accommodate up to 120 guests for a ceremony and/or cocktail reception.

After a delightful dinner during an amazing sunset the party headed downstairs to the Platinum Ballroom where the dancing got hot to the jamming NRG Music and Production and they finished with cake cutting (Fabcakes) and bouquet toss.  It truly was an amazing day so saturated with pure JOY and LOVE.
