2020 Elfin Forest Romantic Engagement Shoot

Morgan and Eric's Elfin Forest Engagement in Carlsbad was sweet and romantic. One if my favorite San Diego Engagement locations.  The reserve is one of North County’s best kept secrets and a great place for portrait photography.  For you photographers make sure to get your permit here!

The Elfin Forest Reserve runs along a Escondido creek tucked away near San Elijo hills. Spring time here is magical with the babbling creek flowing and the forest a palette of luminescent red, yellows and greens.

Morgan and Eric wanted a forest for their engagement photography and this location was perfect. These two were so cute togother and we got some many amazing photos.

We spent the late afternoon scrambling over rocks, finding waterfalls and chasing the sun as it poked through the tree tops. And no shoot in the forest is complete until we busted out the champagne for some fun and romantic photos.
