Balboa Park - San Diego - Best Wedding Photography 2018

July 21, 2018  •  Leave a Comment

Here are my favorite images from Balboa Park Wedding Photography and Event Photography.  I've been a San Diego Wedding Photographer for over 10 years now and I have to say Balboa Park is like a playground to me.  From the Japanese Friendship Gardens, The Prado, Spreckels Organ Pavilion, Cactus and Rose Gardens, and Lily Pond, there always seems like something new to photograph.

The most frequent venue is The Prado.  The Prado, an award-winning, full-service restaurant located in the House of Hospitality, offers charming indoor and outdoor dining. The unique décor blends the historical aspects of the House of Hospitality and whimsical accessories inspired by the Park museum collections. The diverse cuisine includes an array of appetizers, salads, sandwiches and imaginative entrées. The lounge combines a lighter menu with a wide variety of margaritas, sangria, beer, wine and other beverages.
Reservations are accepted and recommended.

The Prado, located in the House of Hospitality at Balboa Park-where our experienced, professional staff will blend the grace and splendor of yesterday with the traditions of today to create the wedding of your dreams. We offer the perfect backdrop for your special day.

Our Catering Team will be happy to assist you with any additional questions.

The Organ Pavilion has some many options for amazing wedding photography.

The Cactus gardens off of Park Avenue make for the perfect backdrop for those couple who like natural backgrounds.

A bonus of this area is that you also have the rose gardens and a canyon to compliment the arid desert look.

And most probably the most Iconic Photographs is the famous tree of roots.

And right next to the tree is this beautiful garden with limitless photography shots.

The architecture is out of this world for a very classical portrait photography.

And the San Diego Museum of Art is a dream venue.  Check out Sara and Nima's luxury wedding!
